Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. 

  • Deposits are non refundable

2. Payments 

  • Full payment is due on the day of the event 

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, card payment or other agreed methods​

3. Cancellation​

  • Cancellations by the client do not entitle a refund of the deposit

  • If Little Yellow Camper must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made will be provided. 

4. Event Changes

  • Changes to the event date or location must be agreed in writing and is subject to availability 

5. Liability​

  • Little Yellow Camper accepts no responsibility for events beyond our control (e.g. weather / venue restrictions

  • Equipment is maintained to a high standard but clients are responsible for taking reasonable care during the period of hire. 

6. Behaviour & Licensing

  • Little Yellow Camper operates as a licensed venue for the salke of alcohol. All relevant licensing regulations apply and the Licensee Mr Dean Jones of Little Yellow Camper reserves the right to refuse service or close the bar in the event of inappropriate behaviour by guests.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that guests behave responsibly and follow all applicable laws and venue rules. 

  • Alcohol service and bar operations are governed by four licensing objectives under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows; 

  1. Prevention of Crime & Disorder - alcohol will not be served in a way that encourages illegal activity or unsafe behaviour. ​

  2. Public Safety - The and surrounding area will be managed to ensure the safety of all guests. 

  3. Prevention of Public Nuisance - Noise and behaviour are monitored to avoid disturbance to neighbours or other event attendee's. 

  4. Protection of Children from harm - alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18 and appropriate measures will be taken to prevent underage drinking. â€‹â€‹

7. Insurance ​

  • Little Yellow Camper holds public liability insurance. Clients should ensure that their event is appropriately covered. 

8. Photography & Promotion

  • Little Yellow Camper may use photographs or videos of the event for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

9. Governing Law​

  • These terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England & Wales.
