Our beautifully restored 1960s caravan bar, Gwladys, pairs perfectly with our iconic VW campervan Beryl, creating a unique vintage set-up that instantly becomes a talking point. Together, they bring handcrafted drinks, nostalgic charm and a relaxed festival vibe to weddings, parties and outdoor celebrations across the region. Gwladys blends vintage character with modern hospitality. From her open serving hatch, our friendly team pour everything from chilled prosecco and crisp beers to local gins, ciders and refreshing mocktails. We also shake and stir a range of signature cocktails crafted to match the feel-good Little Yellow Camper vibe — think summery spritzers, classic mojitos, fruity fizz, or bespoke creations, personalised just for your event. When Gwladys and Beryl arrive together, they create more than just a bar — they create an experience. With Beryl’s pop-top opened, bistro tables, parasols and chairs set out, your guests can sip and unwind in true vintage style. The full set-up is welcoming, atmospheric and wonderfully Instagram-ready, making it a natural backdrop for photos, reels and social-media moments your guests will love. Whether you’re hosting a rustic barn wedding, a relaxed garden party or a festival-style celebration, our vintage duo bring character, warmth and a splash of happy yellow spirit. Bar Packages - Our bar packages are flexible and start from £500 (unless you’re taking advantage of our current FREE HIRE PROMOTION) and can be tailored around your guest numbers, timings and service preferences. All packages include four hours of full bar service. Additional hours are charged at £100 per hour, with the bar close time agreed directly with the client in advance of the event. Cash Bar - £500 hire - Guests buy their own drinks while we provide staffed bar service. Pre-Paid Bar Package - £500 hire - You set a drinks budget in advance and converts to cash bar anytime you wish. Open Bar — £500 hire - Treat your guests to an all-inclusive bar experience. You cover the bar tab. Staffed Dry Bar -Perfect for pubs and other venues looking to create festival themed promotional events. You supply the drinks - Hire charge £750 for 4 hours and £100 per hour thereafter.
